Million dollar lakefront lots, million dollar views, rolling hills, vineyards, and the Nick Faldo 18 Hole Championship Golf Course with multi-million dollar homes all inspired with the unique Tuscan design called Bella Collina was once a thriving new community, located just West of the Orlando area off of highway 50, in a small town called Monteverde. With aspirations for the elite in the first two years Bella Collina opened, 40 new million-dollar custom homes were built. Then after the market crashed in 2005 pretty much everything came to a halt. Of the 900 property owners only 150 owners continued to pay their dues. During the real estate crash one of those million dollar lots sold for as little as $20,000.00!
The real estate market is back and so is Bella Collina. You won’t find lots priced at $20,000.00 anymore as the demand for high end luxury homes are in demand. A new judgment against the land owners who have not paid their dues, allows them to pay up on their past dues and come current or watch the developer take the land back. Now that the lawsuit is finalized Bella Collina can move forward once again! Bella Collina will have an official re-launch announced sometime in 2015!
