ChampionsGate Florida just one exit West of Celebration has new restaurants coming!! Chili’s has been there right off the exit for quite some time now, Miller’s Ale House and Red Robin recently opened too!
But wait, because there is much more about to happen! As you can see passing by on I-4 there is a lot of building going on in this Four Corners resort community! The new multi-story apartment complex is easy to see as it is in the construction stage now. It will be called The Gate and will have 308 units, slated to open sometime at the end of this year!
Just in front of The Gate will be in excess of 24,000 square feet of retail space! Some of the new restaurants slated for this location are, Urban Hibachi, Blue Indian Grille (a high-end Indian fusion style restaurant), Tijuana Flats, Ostaria Italian Restaurant (including a brick oven for pizzas and classic Italian favorites), with more space still adding even more!! Retail spaces should be opening sometime at the beginning of 2017!
