Lake Nona
Lake Nona, Florida is one of Orlando’s newest communities. Lake Nona is also being called “Medical City” due to the fact it is the location of Burnham Institute, University of Central Florida College of Medicine, the University of Academic and Research Center, not to mention the home of Nemours Children’s Hospital which recently opened its doors and the future home of the new Orlando VA Medical Center!
Along with all of the education and hospital facilities comes new homes, condos, town homes, and estate homes! All of this is surrounded by parks, the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club, lakes for water skiing and boating, and future plans for a town center that will host many shops, boutiques, restaurants, a hotel, and cinema!
