Orlando ranks 10^th place across the nation for top buyers markets in real estate.  This give the buyers a bit more time to view more properties before making their ultimate decision.  But the downfall to this situation is that inventory in Orlando Florida as a whole is down 11.6% from last year.  The result of this combination is creating bidding wars which turns into a win for the seller!
